Just wanted to share a quick photo of my granddaughter from 4 weeks ago. This was done on an ultrasound machine in Arkansas and they say baby girl was 21 weeks and 5 days old at this point. The doctors were apparently concerned about low amniotic fluid and other complications which requires my daughter to give herself shots in her stomach area every day during the pregnancy. The medical team highly recommended that further testing be done because of the high risk.
We had been praying for her prior to the ultrasound test at our church and all along for good health. My daughter was sleeping with her prayer cloth on her from the church every night. We believe in Acts 19: 11-12 and the use of prayer cloths or handkerchiefs in our church. “According to Acts 19:11-12 “And GOD was doing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul so that even handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his skin were carried away to the sick and their diseases left them and evil spirits came out of them.” When my daughter and granddaughter were tested they say everything was perfectly normal and the medical staff could find nothing wrong.
Praise the LORD! All is well! She is a perfectly healthy little girl. Please keep baby girl and my daughter in your prayers.
Could it be that America is turning back to GOD with the results of our recent election? I believe we have a man in the White House who has the best interests of America in mind, and certainly is turning more towards the things of GOD than our previous administration did that had control of America for the past 8 years. Just my opinion, but I do believe that things will get better because Donald Trump has the greater good in mind for our country and its people, not just for now, but for years to come. We need to continue to pray for Donald Trump and our nation. We are called to pray for all of our elected leaders. Some of us may not like who has been elected, but bear in mind we are called to support them as Americans and to pray for them.
The liberal media can take sound bites and bits and spin them any way they choose to fit their liberal agenda. It will never change the truth though, because truth will always win out in the end and will never change. Donald Trump did not have to run for President obviously, but he loves this country so much that he could not stand any longer to see the America that was once the greatest of the greats spiral down into a chaotic mess.
I get tired of the Saturday Night Lives, the Madonna’s, the Bill Maher’s, Katie Rich, and all those who poke devious fun at a man who only wants to do what is right for America and Americans. I mean really, how can you go so low in the gutter as to verbally destroy Barron Trump – his little boy and say he will be a killer and kill his father!!!! I don’t ever remember anything similar being said about President Obama! And by the way, if you want to move out, then don’t let the door slap you on the butt on the way out. That’s your choice! Freedom is a privilege that was bought and paid for by the red blood of many Americans who wanted to keep this land great. Either stand by the red, white and blue, or take the first exit you can find. Quit dividing America!
This is just my own personal opinion, but I believe Donald Trump will end up being one of the best presidents we have ever had when everything is said and done at the end of eight years. Yes, I do believe he will be our president for two terms. Donald Trump is not without his faults. Previous leaders had their faults as well. But, I believe there will be a radical change from the way the White House has been run the last eight years. America will become America again, and GOD will be our foundation of every decision again. The many prayers for “our country” have been answered. We now have a man in the White House whose heart beats for America, our people, and all we can become again.
There are many who can’t stand the thought of having Donald Trump as our President for eight years. The inauguration was a breath of beautiful fresh air, and I was glad to see the many prayers for our country and our leaders. It was so cool to see the light rain that started up when President Trump took the podium to speak. Yes, it was a blessing from heaven. GOD was certainly smiling, knowing that America’s leaders were returning and turning to him. I think we are now destined to return to greatness, and not relegated to second class as some of our previous leaders would position us as a country. I am elated that President Trump is standing up for Israel. He is absolutely right in that GOD will go against those who try to harm Israel and protect those who stand up for Israel. We are now standing up for Israel instead of trying to throw rocks at them like our previous administration did. It will take some time to unravel the damage inflicted on America by previous administrations but things will change and time will heal, and we will get straightened out.
I am also not quite sure why we have not had a wall to protect our borders between Mexico. It is the right thing to do to build a wall to protect our borders. Why not? We already have some of the money set aside to do it anyway, and Mexico can pay for the rest of it. Yes! I can’t wait to see what happens over the next great eight years!
For those who still refuse to believe that Donald Trump is the new president, I say wake up and get used to greatness! America will never be the same, and will get even better and better over the next 8 years.
“Meanwhile, I was in a place of clouds. Big, puffy, pink-white ones that showed up sharply against the deep blue-black sky. Higher than the clouds-immeasurably higher–flocks of transparent orbs, shimmering beings arced across the sky, leaving long streamer-like lines behind them.
Birds? Angels? These words registered when I was writing down my recollections. But neither of these words do justice to the beings themselves, which were quite simply different from anything I have known on this planet. They were more advanced. Higher.
A sound, huge and booming like a glorious chant, came down from above, and I wondered if winged beings were producing it. Again thinking about it later, it occurred to me that the joy of these creatures, as they soared along, was such that they had to make this noise–that if the joy didn’t come out of them this way then they would simply not otherwise be able to contain it. The sound was palpable and almost material, like a rain that you can feel on your skin but that doesn’t get you wet.
Seeing and hearing were not separate in this place where I now was. I could hear the visual beauty of the silvery bodies of those scintillating beings above, and I could see the surging joyful perfection of what they sang. It seemed that you could not look at or listen to anything in this world without becoming a part of it–without joining with it in some mysterious way.
Again from my present perspective, I would suggest that you couldn’t look at anything at that world at all, for the world at itself implies a separation that did not exist there. Everything was distinct, yet everything was also a part of everything else, like the rich and intermingled designs on a Persian carpet……or a butterfly’s wing……….. A warm wind blew through, like the kind that spring up on the most perfect summer days, tossing the leaves of the trees and flowing past like heavenly water. A divine breeze. It changed everything, shifting the world around me into an even higher octave, a higher vibration.
Through the Orb, Om (GOD) told me that there is not one universe but many–in fact, more than I could conceive–but that love lay at the center of them all. Evil was present in all the other universes as well, but only in the tiniest trace amounts. Evil was necessary because without it free will was impossible, and without free will there could be no growth–no forward movement, no chance for us to become what GOD longed for us to be. Horrible and all-powerful as evil sometimes seemed to be in a world like ours, in the larger picture love was overwhelmingly dominant, and it would ultimately be triumphant.”
“Thousands of people have had near-death experiences, but scientists have argued that they are impossible. Dr. Eben Alexander was one of those scientists. A highly trained neurosurgeon, Alexander knew that NDEs feel real, but are simply fantasies produced by brains under extreme stress.
Then Dr. Alexander’s own brain was attacked by a rare illness. The part of the brain that controls thoughts and emotion–and in essence makes us human–shut down completely. For seven days he lay in a coma. Then, as his doctors considered stopping treatment, Alexander’s eyes popped open. He had come back.
Alexander’s recovery is a medical miracle. But the real miracle of his story lies elsewhere. While his body lay in a coma, Alexander journeyed beyond this world and encountered an angelic being who guided him into the deepest realms of super-physical existence. There he met, and spoke with the Divine source of the universe itself.”
I am currently in the process of reading this remarkable book called “Proof of Heaven” by Dr. Eben Alexander. This is an outstanding book written by one of those previously doubting skeptics that has to have everything proven by scientific facts. If you have never read this book, I would certainly recommend it. You will never be the same after reading this one. The statement that evil is necessary kind of threw me a bit… I suppose we would all just be robots in life if we were not allowed choices by an all-knowing, all-powerful GOD. And GOD knew that if we did choose evil instead of good that he still loved us and would forgive us.. But he wanted us to want him, to want to come back to him, to turn from the evil choices of this world, and to follow him. Love is stronger than any amount of evil that can be thrown at us by the little god (Satan) who controls the world we live in for now. If you get a chance to read this book, let me know what you think.
Have you ever known anyone that has had a similar near death experience. I haven’t but my sister used to go to church in Pasadena, Texas with Don Piper (her Sunday school teacher) who wrote “90 Minutes in Heaven”, and who died in a car accident and came back to tell the story of his own encounter with heaven.
There is an unseen dimension, an unseen world that is as close as the breath we breathe. A world more real than the physical world that we can see with our eyes. A spiritual battle rages on day in and day out, and we will not know how many times we have been saved from terrible accidents by our own guardian angels until we get to the other side of heaven. I have had personal experiences with angelic beings myself which I have written about in some previous blog posts. On this side of heaven, our prayers and our words are ever powerful. We can choose to speak words of evil or of love. Remember to pray always for your family and friends for protection from the evil forces of this world that fight against us, and let love win out in the end!

“Once upon a time, there were four little girls, who had enough to eat and drink and wear, a good many comforts and pleasures, kind friends and parents…. and yet they were not contented…. these girls…. made many excellent resolutions; but they… were constantly saying, “If we only had this,” or “If we could only do that”….So they asked an old woman what spell they could use to make them happy, and she said,, “When you feel discontented, think over your blessings, and be grateful.”
“They decided to try her advice, and soon were surprised to see how well off they were. One discovered that money couldn’t keep shame and sorrow out of rich people’s houses, another that she was a great deal happier with her youth. health, and good spirits than a certain fretful, feeble old lady, who couldn’t enjoy her comforts; a third that, disagreeable as it was to help get dinner, it was harder still to have to go begging for it; and the fourth, that even carnelian rings were not so valuable as good behavior. So they agreed to stop complaining to enjoy the blessings already possessed.”
Written in the Book – Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
True happiness is indeed something that comes from within and does not relate to what we have or don’t have. It relates to what we make of the day and the time we are given. I have found in my own life that I am happier when I choose to make the lives of others happier. Everything we have on this earth is a gift from GOD. The very breath we breathe is a gift.
This past weekend I was able to see my little grand baby on an ultra sound monitor at only 16 weeks old. The little baby is 4 1/2 inches long now and weighs in at a whopping 5 ounces. Yet, as small as our baby is – I saw tiny legs, arms, fingers, and toes moving around and legs kicking like a wild one already. Yes GOD breathes the very breath of life into each of us and what a precious gift a new life is. I am thankful, and happy I have lived long enough after my widow maker heart attack to be able to see my little grand baby before even coming out of the womb.
When I was youngster growing up on the south side of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma we didn’t have much in the way of material things. My brother and I got school clothes once a year which consisted of 2 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts and 4 or 5 pairs of socks. That was supposed to last us the whole year. If we got holes in our jeans, Dad ironed on a patch or two to get us through until the next year. There were many days we went without lunch and breakfast simply because we didn’t have enough money to make it to the end of the week. I can remember being so hungry sometimes that I even thought about eating the crab grass in our front yard. Dad had an old Chevy that he paid $50 for that hardly ever ran. Not having much though didn’t seem to bother us. We were content with playing baseball, hide and seek, freeze tag, and enjoying time with our friends. Even if our stomachs were growling at us begging for food as we sat our desks in school, we were still happy for what we did have.
Sometimes when we start feeling down about ourselves, about what we don’t have, or how our life is going, it is best to start thinking about what we do have and in how many ways we have been blessed. It might be time to look for ways we can be a blessing to others who cross our path. That’s the path where true happiness can be found. It won’t be found covered up with things, but is waiting for you to find it where it’s been all along.
Well it’s been a few weeks since the election of our 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, and there are still those interested in pursuing a recount of votes – like Dr. Jill Stein of the Green Party.
While it is true that Hilary Clinton does now lead in the popular vote by 2,357,260 votes with the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania still busy recounting votes, Donald Trump is way ahead in the electoral college by a whopping 104 electoral votes.
We all know that the electoral college is the vote that really counts in electing the President as was set up by the Founding Fathers of America under article 2, section 1 of the United States Constitution. There are a total of 538 electors which are based upon the number of members of congress per state. The exception is the District of Columbia which has the number of electors of the smallest state which is currently 3. Two-hundred seventy electoral votes are needed to elect the President, or which Donald Trump has 306 already. Some argue that the electoral college is not a fair system and should be eradicated. My argument to that insane comment is that there would be no fair balance between the smaller states and larger states in voting for the President if it was abolished.
When I was going to elementary school, there is something we did every single day of school before we would start our day. We would stand up beside our desks, place our right hand over our hearts, face the United States flag of America positioned in the corner of the room, and boldly say these words.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under GOD, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Hilary Clinton has already conceded, and it looks as if she does not, and will never have enough electoral votes to win the election, in spite of her lead in the popular vote. Nothing will change the outcome of Donald J. Trump officially becoming our 45th President of the United States in January 2017.
No matter how much we protest in the streets or pout, or want to move to another country, nothing will change the outcome. Division gets us nowhere as a country. We as Americans need to unite behind our flag and President and move forward as a nation of one now. We have much to accomplish to make our country even better than it is now!
